Fabulous oversize vintage early 1960’s purse was made in Mexico by Mont-Abur. This purse is fashioned from black tooled leather with incredibly detailed designs. The front features the round Aztec solar calendar and two Aztec warriors in animal masks. The back features a high relief matador and bull. Even the bottom is tooled in a basketweave texture. The purse closes with a brass turn lock on the front flap and there are brass button feet on the bottom. The long shoulder strap can be buckled at various lengths. The purse is lined in black vinyl and there are three inner pockets, one dividing the two compartment interior. Measures 13 1/2” wide x 10” high x 5” deep.
CONDITION: Very Good – There are minor scuffs to the leather, most noticeable below the front flap opening.
