Do you have this dress in another size or color?
All of our items are authentic vintage and one of a kind. Each garment was manufactured during the era indicated and is not a modern reproduction. Once an item is gone, it is gone for good.
How often do you add new items?
This is a full time job for us and, unless we’re on vacation, we add new items 2-3 times a week. Check back often! New items will always go on the What’s New page, as well as under their respective categories.
Will you put an item on hold for me?
No, sorry. If you are sure you want an item, please go through the check-out process.
Do you accept returns?
Yes we do. Please see our complete Return Policy.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! All of our international shipments are insured through our shipping service. The buyer is responsible for all customs duties and taxes. We declare every item as Merchandise with the full amount you paid for the item (less shipping) on the customs declaration.
How quickly do you ship?
We ship all item within 48 hours of completed payment Monday – Friday. If there will be a delay in shipping due to weather or vacation, we will let you know via email.
I am traveling to Boston. Can I visit your store?
Couture Allure is an online business only. We do not have a storefront and are unable to accommodate visitors to our warehouse.
Do you clean every item before it is offered for sale?
Washable items will come to you freshly laundered and ready to wear. Dry clean items that are in excellent, presentable condition will be spot cleaned, steamed, and aired before listing. Unless a listing specifically states that an item has been dry cleaned, you may choose to do so with a trusted professional before wearing.
